Data management and distribution
The maintenance and distribution of the Centralized Data Bank of Legal Information in accordance with the Revocable License is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- The data bank contains the full texts of regulatory legal acts on all sections of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan, including all editions of regulatory legal acts, as well as information on changes in the status of the document, its entry into force and cancellation, source and date of publication, etc.
- The data bank contains Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, instructions, regulations and other normative legal acts issued by government bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan, international treaties, reviews of judicial and arbitration practice, comments, articles and other legal information.
- The system is a legal database unique in its composition and completeness. The database is updated daily.
